Boy charged after stabbing death A 13-year-old boy has been charged with murder after the death of a 12-year-old boy at Shorncliffe this morning. He will appear in the Brisbane Children’s Court tomorrow.
Police have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their investigations into the overnight armed robbery of a Deception Bay service station. Around 1.15am a man armed with an implement entered the Deception Bay Road service station and demanded cash before fleeing on a pushbike. He is described as Caucasian, approximately 20-years-old, 170cms tall with a slim build and dark brown hair. The man was wearing black and white board shorts and a light coloured jacket. No one was injured during the robbery.
