Two men have been charged following an incident at MacKenzie Street, Redcliffe around 5.00pm on Wednesday. 

It will be alleged that the men demanded property from the victim before assaulting him and escaping with a number of items. 

The victim, a 26-year-old Redcliffe man, received lacerations and abrasions during the alleged attack. 

Both men, an 18-year-old from Kippa Ring and a 20-year-old from Redcliffe, are expected to appear at the Redcliffe Magistrates Court today each charged with Burglary and Robbery in Company.
