Business tycoon in top bid to save Lamb House


As an update on the sale of Lamb House, the Courier Mail is reporting that former South Bank Corporation chair Steve Wilson and his wife are firming as the favourites to buy the house, having put in a “significant offer” yesterday.

If you have read my previous post, you will know that Steve Wilson would be my pick to buy the house, given that he has a good track record in relation to heritage properties. This record includes the award-winning transformation of Barambah Station cattle property in the 2000s and serving as chairman of the St John’s Cathedral Completion Fund Fundraising Board.
