Community’s incredible gesture for family of alleged murder victim Kelly Wilkinson
A generous community of donors have banded together to carry out a touching gesture for the family of a mother-of-three who was allegedly murdered.
Kelly Wilkinson, 27, was allegedly set on fire by her estranged husband soon after he was freed on police bail in April.
A campaign was launched last week to help build the family a new home.
Her sister Danielle and Danielle’s husband will be caring for Kelly’s three children, as well as five of their own.
They’re currently living in a three-bedroom home.
But now, more than 250 businesses have put up their hands to help build a house on donated land.
The land donors have requested to remain anonymous.
