Indian Premier League Twenty20 cricket tournament suspended indefinitely due to coronavirus crisis

The Indian Premier League (IPL) Twenty20 cricket tournament has been indefinitely suspended following the COVID-19 crisis in the country, IPL chairman Brijesh Patel says.

The decision was made after an emergency meeting with the Indian Premier League Governing Council (IPL GC) and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
