You could almost call it a two-for-one deal. Two sellers looking to buy into Queensland’s increasingly competitive home market have swapped properties to avoid dealing with the stress of having to find another home.

In a complicated twist, Neil Carr, his wife Fiona and 20-month-old son Ned were selling their three-bedroom, architect-designed home at 100 Princess St, Petrie Terrace, when they came up with a clever idea.
