Today’s COVID-19 data provided by Queensland Health.

Queensland has recorded 9 new cases of COVID-19 today.

2 cases detected in hotel quarantine and acquired overseas.
7 cases detected onboard Inge Kosan. The vessel is docked at Mooloolaba. All cases remain onboard at this time.

There are currently 24 active cases and 16 are in hospital.

To date, 1,503 people have recovered from the disease and sadly, 7 people have lost their lives.

This brings the total number of cases in Queensland to 1,550.

A total of 139,489 vaccine doses have been administered in Queensland (not including the number of vaccinations administered by the Commonwealth Government) and 2,446,266 tests.
